Adam oversees our Northgate Temperature Controlled business, being appointed Managing Director soon after they joined the Group in the summer of 2023. Adam has over a decade of sales and leadership experience in the automotive industry, many of these spent in the rental sector with Northgate delivering customer service excellence, most recently as our UK Head of Sales since 2021.
