April 2024: Rebranding Redde Northgate to ZIGUP.
May 2023: Acquired FridgeXpress, which provides short and long term temperature controlled van rental to a nationwide network of food and pharmaceutical businesses spanning from Kent to Scotland.
July 2022: Acquired Blakedale Ltd, the UK’s leading supplier of specialist traffic management and support vehicles for the highways industry.
April 2022: Acquisition of GRG Public Resource which provides 24/7 call handling for vehicle removal for the blue-light industry.
July 2021: Acquisition of Charged EV, a specialist in the supply and installation of Electric Vehicle charging equipment across the UK.
September 2020: Acquired the majority of repair centres from Nationwide Accident Repair Services,the UK’s largest wholly owned repair network, renaming it FMG RS.
We merged the Redde and Northgate businesses in 2020.
