At ZIGUP, we are embracing new technologies which have already started to transform mobility services and how we engage with customers and stakeholders.
The increasing power of data analysis is entering a new phase with the development of AI tools, both LLM – Large Language Models and MLM – Machine Learning Models.
At ZIGUP we see significant potential across a number of our business areas, such as for more efficient processing of claims through to self-service rental. We have recently automated 40+ core claims processes, of which around 30% use generative AI, and are working on many more with the potential to increasingly incorporate AI-supported functionality, helping to improve our customer experience.
We also know AI can also help in our engagement with stakeholders, and so we are beta-testing an AI-based search tool for this corporate website. Using the ‘AI Assistant’ chat box tab to the right, you can investigate the ZIGUP website pages and public documents contained in it.
Like many new technologies, this won’t be perfect straight away, so you should not rely on the output without first checking the relevant section of our website or original document directly. But we think it is a tool which will quickly improve and become part of the normal suite of stakeholder engagement tools for companies such as ZIGUP.
