Sustainability
Keeping people moving smarter with sustainable integrated mobility solutions built around our customer needs.
Watch our video discussing how we have developed our ESG commitments.
ESG is increasingly important for many companies. We need to demonstrate to our stakeholders that we run ourselves in a responsible and sustainable way.
I think ESG can provide us with differentiation in the market in terms of the reason why we exist as an organisation but taking our responsibilities as an organisation really seriously.
I think we’ve made some really good progress how we become more sustainable.
Organisations have to constantly adapt and improve. And the way we’re doing that is we’ve set out a series of commitments, smarter ways to reduce our environmental impact, maximise our social value and govern ourselves with integrity.
We’ve covered essentially all of the key environmental aspects of our organisation, from reducing carbon to minimising waste, to how we then manage the impact of our operations and our facilities, and of course, how we work with suppliers and ensure that they’re, in turn, setting targets and commitments which support our aims.
And these commitments will focus all of our collective efforts, for our shareholders, our people and our customers.
I’m hugely proud of what this organisation has already achieved around our commitment to ESG. We all have a role we can play in making a positive difference and having a positive impact.
ZIGUP’s purpose is to keep people moving smarter. We are very conscious of our significant responsibilities as a business to our people, the planet, our customers and the communities in which we operate.
We are a leading provider of responsible and integrated mobility solutions, we consistently strive to deliver positive environmental, social and economic outcomes to our stakeholders.
Sustainable mobility solutions delivered responsibly
A key enabler of a just transition towards low-carbon mobility, we are steadfast in our commitment to creating sustainable value. We empower our people to reduce environmental impact, positively influence our surrounding communities and demonstrate industry leadership. Our ESG approach is linked to the UN Sustainable Development Goals and is defined through the 3 pillars on environment, social and governance (ESG).
Our approach and the accompanying sustainability strategy align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, which strive to create a more just, prosperous, and sustainable future for all. We have identified the following as being of particular relevance:

- Supporting people in the aftermath of incidents, quickly getting them back on track
- We are closing the automotive sector skills gaps by recruiting and nurturing talent from diverse communities.
- Encouraging our people to generate positive social impact in the community.
