Building a talented workforce
Apprenticeships are a great way to help our business build a talented workforce that is equipped with future-ready skills, whilst also being an opportunity for those looking to upskill or have a career change.
Our commitment is reflected in the growing number of apprentices and trainees we have taken on in the UK, Ireland, and Spain this year, which has increased to 403, up 49% from last year. We have also developed an Apprentice Hub, a virtual space accessible to all colleagues, hosting FAQs, myth-busting information about apprenticeships, and ways to register an interest to discuss apprenticeship options
We partner with industry leading training providers who work with major automotive manufacturers to support the recruitment and training elements of our apprenticeships, alongside our own in-house academy. And we win awards for the apprentice programme we have developed!
