We have recently launched our new brand and corporate name as we move to a new phase in our journey as a leader in integrated mobility solutions.
This is a corporate brand change, with the 11 operating brands which came from the merger of Redde plc and Northgate plc in 2020, together with our more recent acquisitions, retaining their names which have strong recognition in their respective markets.
We are excited about our new fresh brand and name, which reflects our ambitions and forward looking, increasingly technology-enabled approach, to maximise future opportunities. These reflect our aspirations for the future and our desire to keep customers moving, smarter.
