Herd Hire selects FMG to support customer care promise
Herd Group has selected FMG for the provision of accident management services to support its contract hire and vehicle rental business.
The company, which provides vans for corporate and business customers along with retail hire from 19 franchises across the UK, turned to FMG to support their exceptional customer service ethos’ with the provision of a 24/7 accident management solution for all Herd vehicle hire and Herd Connect customers. This means that all customers involved in incidents can call FMG directly for round the clock incident support, including a ULR service to recoup uninsured losses following non-fault accidents.
